Actually I do have a 2 bar sensor in the truck and I can monitor boost with it. It's rather simple.

The ecu was seeing a large diffrence between the MAF and Dynamic causing it to revert back and use the VE table for fueling. Multiply VE by 1.3 and Boom. fixed.
Truck is running great on MAF...
I understand what you are getting at, but I'm not having any transit issues. I do not see why this won't work tuning maf only. I am not maxing the maf out with 7psi and as I said I do not plan to run...

so you just add the amount of timing you would to remove as a positive value and use the multiplayer table to control where it happens?

correct, but more specifically what table has control of it? i know you can completely disable it threw the trans torque management but that's not what im trying to accomplish.
Im working with a 14 6l80 and im noticing that the truck is still pulling timing between shifts ( dropping to -15deg.)
i do not want to get rid of all timing removal, for the transmissions sake, but...
