My stock file I loaded on TDN app won?t erase, how do you permanently erase it. When I swipe to delete it goes away then comes right back.

Mine had an OBDII extender harness for gps tracker. Make sure your plugged into car obd not an extender. Removed my aftermarket harness and it works perfect
Fixed, found an obdII extender harness connected for gps tracking. Removed harness and works perfect

Tried scanning codes on 14 gmc Sierra and works fine no workie on 18 Yukon ??.
2018 Yukon Denali got that message and end of vehicle read and setup??. Any help, I?ve submitted a support ticket. Hope I don?t need a laptop to resolve. Using app on iPhone
