This car is acting very weird. It locks the converter immediately on the 2-3 shift. This makes the shift feel very flat for about 2 seconds, then it unlocks and starts to pull like normal again.

Update on this. The RPM limit IDLE table did not work. The IAC steps maxed and it would only idle up to about 2400 rpm and it took quite a while to get there.
