Greg, actually, there's definitely a demand, and finding the old one, for a decent price, is getting more and more difficult.
If it's not an ECM then it's junk. You better grab up the old NGK AFX as they are still available. ECM will even mod it:

You're most welcome! I was bored and played in Excel to derive you some data for 58.01 psi:
Flow Rate Low: 69.7171429570824 (0.015913 * 1.216984418 * 3600)
Flow Rate High: 59.6698951965732...
Darryl, the data you seek is in the below pdf link listed under "FNPW_OFFCOMP". Interpolate the values between 54.96 and 60.03 psi for 58.01 psi.

How are you setting the MAF failed to obtain SD mode? And, curious, why are you tuning it like this? Why not input the Loads you see when the MAF is enabled into each cell of the LWFM table? You...
Basically, you just said what I needed to know. I'll get my friend to read his 2006. Thanks!
Bill, any info to share on Gen 3 Vipers, specifically '06?
Does anyone have any idea why on my C6 (2008 LS3 A6) does the Fan Desired % from the table not actually command that to the fan? ie I'm sitting in my car right now and my ECT is 203 F, but I'm only...
Magnacharger pretty much always rapes their tunes, and is famous for the IFR raping, and it's generally because they supply junk injectors with their kits. But I've even seen them NOT use the proper...
Chris, unfortunately, that shop "tooned" your car, not tuned it. You should just start over from scratch.
Sad that there are still TOONers screwing folks by giving them shit for tunes and taking...
First thing that pops up is concern of those SD 80# injectors and getting them dialed in properly, as there is no proper data on them for GM (Greg Banish's data, while in theory should work, didn't...
Of course you can, it's an electronic system. Just watch your fuel injector DC % when lowering the pressure. You honestly don't need to do such anyway. The stock pump flows like gangbusters.
Thanks for your input! What are you doing with the IVT table, just scaling the values as far as able? I haven't peered far enough, but I assume it's the axis that is going off by 50% (whatever...
LOL! I can't 100% say that yet because my DIC shows 28 today. The day I tested new O2s I was driving from 6200' elevation to 5200'. After driving back up I then was around 28-30.
As we know, the IVT calculations go out of whack when you scale the stoich/IFR (to get around the IFR limitation). I can't wonder if there are long term consequences of doing this, such as...
Old thread, I know, but I did have enough fuel pump and fuel injector (was using the Siemens shorty 60s back then) to make 750 rwhp Actual on a 2010 ZR1 with E85 (this was approx 2 years ago now)! ...
Just to give you an example on the last ZR1 I tuned, on E10, at the top of the pull, "Requested Fuel Pressure" was 87 psi, and "Inj Delta Pressure" was 71.6 psi, and on E85, it was 87 psi and 58.4,...
Iam Broke, you don't have a vacuum/boost referenced fuel system, correct? If you don't, and the factory system isn't, as we know, then pressure will drop by the amount of boost you're pushing. ...
I apologize if this is in the wrong forum.
Are there any dealers here that are near the DC area (within 0-2 hours) that offer their Dyno for rental (flat rate per vehicle or full day rental)? I'm...

Wow! 9 & 10-speed automatics! The nightmare of tuning such.

I can take that shot, but I can assure you his data is >95%, and the rest can be baked. Btw, shouldn't we allow Greg to discuss and defend his injector data himself?
I recall 2 years ago you...
Hehehe!
Everyone, there should be several LS9/LSA files in the repository, which would make copy/pasting a lot easier.
Much better! ;)
P.s. I prefer the IFR values to be in #/hr, and with a 4 place decimal. LOL! :D
