Reviving this thread. Changed out the plug on the cam sensor, swapped the sensor, check the cam teeth, ran the entire Ford troubleshooting tree and still having the same problem. Only thing I haven't...

Murfie, it ended up being a loose cam sensor. The retaining clip is broken so it wasn't staying plugged in. Weird that it runs fine when moving, but limits itself when stationary. I still swapped...

Also just confirmed with Circle D that the converter (by serial number) should be stalling anywhere from 3300-3700 depending on power.

It's a 3500 stall 3b so my limit of 2500 rpm just doesn't make any sense. I'm willing to try anything at this point so I'll try swapping the wires this weekend.

No luck with setting negative. I tried -5 and -50, with traction control enabled and disabled with no luck. Also disabled all the fuel and spark source torque limiting and it had no effect. Relays...
