I had the same issues as you and was able to get my car to idle and not surge and die when changing from R to N to P or from D to P. When I get home I will upload my tune and see if it helps you out.

Got the car drivable somewhat.
At WOT what should the accelerator position D be?
The max TPS% I see is 86.7% at WOT
The car has a stock replacement throttle body on it.
So after reading 06300CSRT8 thread on NGC3 tuning starters guide I was able to get the car to idle long enough to log.
