Did you fix the throttle issue?
Upload the file. The new versions probably have removed that for EPA reasons
Can you see the commanded FPCM duty cycle in the log? Does it drop to 53.9% at WOT?
Tune your VE table it looks way off. Then you wont need to touch the torque loss table at all to keep it running. If your VVT is still functioning you will need to make it the same in all tables WOT,...
The fuelling is way off, you will just need to keep adjusting the VE table to dial it in
Did you reset adaptives and do a throttle relearn after flashing the calibration in?
Ive tweaked the VE in the low load areas. DO NOT enter WOT yet
Turn NN off, put injector data back to how the INJ manufacturer suggests and tweak the VE table to suit.
Even do the above and upload new tune and log and we can help tweak
Fuelling looks a fair way off +-10% everywhere.

Had it previously been tuned via CMR? You can try a factory flash to set it back to stock via WiTech or J2534.
Remove gold box and throw in bin. Fit MP Crate harness kit. Done
I think the only differences are the knock sensors and the Maps. It's easier to buy or find a couple of earlier knock sensors than change wiring. And I'm sure you can find someone to swap your maps...
If you are handy I have the factory FCA flash file for PCM and TCM
Those crate PCMs flash fine. I think your problem is somewhere outside of the PCM. I'd suggest you look at your Editor version, key cycle etc
I believe the trick is to fit the crank sensor that matches the PCM year variants and it will work with either tone wheel. So if using a 13 engine in a 12 car with a 12 PCM then fit the 12 crank...

I believe on the later GPEC PCMs you need to buy another custom module called a start signal replicator from AJ at HemiTuner Performance
