I've got a L98 V8 with a larger cam and it's running nicely once warm, however just could never get it to do what it's told during the cold start transition.

Example:
AFR CMD: 13.42
WB: 14.58...

One thing I just noticed is that as soon as the target idle changes from 984RPM to 956RPM and then 904RPM, the fluctuations begin.

I've managed to get idle running perfectly when the car has warmed up, it's just the transition from cold to warm the idle starts to hunt with 200+ RPM error.
