2010 Sierra, 6.2L, 6L80e - studied what the G8 GT guys were doing but some doesn't carry over to the trucks -

look at the pic in the first post, the white trace on the first chart is IDC.

sorry, wasn't clear - the idc usually follows the rpm. it looks like the idc plateaud at 73% instead of following the rpm

WOT run, inj duty cycle plateauing at 73%
both bank's LTFT's are at ~17% on top.
could it be the fuel pump or bad ground???

I re-tuned a 2006 cammed 5.3 Z71 that put a TBSS intake on. He bought the TB separately (not sure what year it came from) and at WOT showed 96% TPS, idled rough, and REP showed up every WOT pass but...

open up the scanner and connect, trans tab has two reset buttons... click them both -
mine had the Service s/trac after the first read, i took the key out for thirty seconds and it went away. maybe...

all fuel cutoff tables are @ 6300
look up a few posts at the log - didn't shift - it was at 6342 where my white marker is, the fuel was just beginning to cut.
The white dip is where the fuel cut...

I left some upshift TM in there because it is such a heavy truck - you removed that on cars or on trucks?
And what is up with the pattern? how can a modified stock tune be smaller in size than the...

just the min time for downshifts...I set those all to 0

brought her to the track for the first time and is hitting the fuel cutoff for the 1>2 shifts and sometimes the 2>3 and 3>4 shifts. I read all of this......

so in the 4L6xE, cruise mode = Pattern A shift and performance tables now = Pattern B shift.

it seems like it takes a little longer to settle in on a commanded AFR than before the injector swap and the idle swings a little. I increased the PE enrichment rate a little but I wasnt sure if...

he's at the tranny shop now getting rebuilt and a 2300 stall.
are these(post #5) the right tables to change when swapping to 8.1L truck injectors?

Flow Rate vs. KPA
Short Pulse Adder
Min Injector Pulse
Default Injector Pulse
...from an '06 8.1L then retuned VE and MAF and zeroed out the AFR Spark...

wow, 55 reads and no help!?!

open my conf file and look at the cylinder air on the graph. Does that look too low? I tried changing spark and PE ration to bring that up but didnt get much.

specs are:
5.3 mild cam, LT's and high flow cats, ported TB, 8.1 truck injectors, CAI
Comp cam specs out at 202/212 .507/.500 with 1.7" rockers...

I recently tuned a 2006 5.3L with mild cam, CAI, LT's, and 1.8 rockers. He bought some 30lb injectors (8.1L truck) and will change them soon. I have two questions:

1. can he change them and then...
