Good question. I'm in the same situation with a 2018 charger. The customer had the ecm unlocked by diablo and bought their tuning cable for the 2018+ cars.

stock tune. Closes throttle past 6000. Disabled all T limiters, Rasied Fuel cut to 7000. Still closes throttle. Been through every setting. I guess its just the motor laying over at 6000. ...

I have set fuel cut off to 6900. Yet the car still noses over around 6000. I see that this is the throttle closing. I have raised the throttle RPM axis to 7000. Any idea how to disable this?

The PCM is diffrent but I get the error before I can enter a new vin.

I am getting this error when trying to change my vin. I beleive i meet all the vin changing rules.

engine and ecu is lm7 from 2001 yukon...
