Hi, I just received my MPVI2 and was supposed to be ready to read/write 99-04 Mustang GT's but after the "turn off and on key" screen I'm always getting a timed out error.

this happens to me with all the 2017 6.7 you have to license both PCM and TCM and you will be able to tune the truck without issues. but if you only license the engine this error will come

email sent. do you know how long would it take for hpt to look at it?, as I got 2 of these and need them tuned before sunday as they have and event they want to run them

so I read the pcm of the truck and immediately receive a message that says "the data you just read is not from your vehicle ..." and saved the file, I paid the 4 credits for tuning only the pcm but...
