Funny. dork. But I guess you still rub two sticks together to make fire.. I mean, after all, it works. :banghead:
I know how to do it.. but it's tedious for a simple operation.

This questions kinda got over-looked. Is there an Autotune now? At least for the VE tables?
k. Thank you both. :hi:
After the installation and tuning of my Procharger, the car comes off revs slowly. Not driving, just "throwing a rev" .. it ramps up fine, but fades slowly down (or just slower than it should). I've...
I'm all over it. ca, nv, or az
hey, I could have asked for support for my porsche or wifeys lexus.. hell, even the jet skis could use a good tune up.
ok. Autotune is definitely tops on the list.
Is Dodge Hemi in the near future? My little trucky needs a good kick in the pants. Even just to scan would help.
Thanks Chris. Couldn't find much with search.. only other questions.
I want to stick a C6 A6 trans in my A4 C5. It should physically fit (still checking) but my main concern is setting shift points/pressure etc. Anyone know if this will work... and HOW?
I may do that. Just need to keep enough credits for my "someday" C6. Don't really like the idea of loosing my vin number though.
Pulling the timing isn't the issue. (unless you're suggesting that I can richen up the mixture by it) I've pulled timing via the Gms/Cyl load. That part works (at least on my PE enriched tune)
...
... and no, I don't have a PE vs IAT button. (at least not one I can find) Anyone know WHY I don't have it? (and I am veiwing in Advanced)
POWER ENRICHMENT
PE enable
MAP
MAP Hyst
Delay RPM
...
that would help a great deal.
I'll see if I can get my wb into hpt tonight through the egr input. It would help tell the story.
from what I've gathered here is to just leave my pe enabled and set back to command 13. Then I'll adjust the ve table. Other than following the "how to" with the LTFT/STFT, I'm lost.
Yes, which is why I originally asked if I should disable the PE tables temporarily while adjusting my N/A VE/Maf tune.
yes. I stated that in post #7. I just haven't done it yet.
My 'stock' tune...
It is. just not into HPt yet. I have to go VFR (Visual Flight Rules for non flight peeps)
It is per "How to tune VE tables Using Fuel trims".
I have to use the MAF WHEN COMPLETED since I'm...
well, now we've gone full circle. that's what I am trying to do. I guess I'm aproaching it wrong or just asking the wrong questions.
You may have missed it.. I have a wideband. It's just not in...
the PE numbers you're looking at have been adjusted to get my 12 AFR on N20. Unfortunately the same numbers are killing my n/a to what is commanded.
Most of everything else..is stock tune. (with...
this was my last scan and tune file. what you can't see in it is the AFR. I don't have my wideband piped in (yet) through the egr. This scan was on 150 shot of n2o
ya, I'd like to be 13 ish n/a.. but I'm falling into the 10s n/a.
no, I'm not spraying. I'm just trying to iron out my VE, then go back, hook up the maf and set for PE/n2o. I have a wideband. The end result I'd like to end up with, is to have a good n/a tune and...
I'm going through the VE tuning learning curve and have set up OL logging LTFT/STFTs. I'm currently fattening up the PE table, and pulling a little timing for the N2o (with the svo30s). I'm using the...
oh ya.. and burning up $70 in N2o just 'tuning' is such a thrill. then doing it again, and again, and ....
I didn't have a wideband at first for the same reason.. money wasn't just spewing out my rear so it had to wait. I bought a narrow band off ebay.. $40 and read my plugs. As I could see my NB "rich"...
