I've flashed my 98 probably 500 times. Never write entire unless you are going SD. Write calibration...works every time, side of the road, laptop on it's own battery, sometimes headlights on.

Your numbers for VSS conversion are all pretty close. Check VSS to actual speed.
Might be a dumb question, how do I get the scanner to display the trans data?
