I am having the exact same issue with my 01 duramax with the allison 1000 5 speed trans. I installed a trans go shift kit and now its in limp mode stuck in 3rd gear.

How to pull up trans relearn or add as a P.0.D or is hp tuner even capable of this on the allisson 5 speed. Ive installed a trans go shift kit and after reinstall it is now stuck in 3rd.
