Well hooked the mpvi pro up to my other laptop and it worked. Looks like my new mini laptop isn't reading the drivers

Keeps saying no open COM Ports.

Bought 2 credits, updated the application key and when I went to license info but it doesn't show the credits. Do I need to have the mpvi pro hooked up to the car?
