I was able to get the issue resolved through HPtuners support. I did try disconnecting the battery though and quite distressed when it did not work. Thank you for the advice!

I was updating my ECM, but the car and tuner lost connect during transfer (they both had power, so I am unsure how this happened). Now when I connect to the ECM it does not provide a VIN number and...
