I am having the same issue. I did some digging and found this thread: http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showth...4000-RPM/page4 It looks like there may be two different locations in HPT for changing...
I have a very similar setup. 2007 E38ecm originally for an LY6 / auto combination and I am now using a TH400. I got a pass-through Dakota digital VSS and hooked it to X1 71/72, but I still get...
Chris,
I have a 2007 E38 running an LY6, originally auto trans, now connected to a TH400 (manual trans). Do I need to change both the "trans type" and the "ECM trans type" to "manual" for the ECM...
Any thoughts? I need to wire this soon and I don't want to wire up a PWM module if it is not going to work out.
Do you have a wiring diagram showing your relay arrangement? Perhaps your have your relays wired to self-latch. You say they are swtiched by "the fuse box blue wire" - what wire is that? Your relays...
Did you call Texas Speed? They may be able to point you in the right direction.
And a follow-up question to that, would I be able to wire something to the A/C pressure sensor signal inputs (X1 pins 12, 13, 34) so the fan speed would go up when my AC is running? My AC clutch will...
I have an E38 that I'm using in a swap originally on an '07 Silverado LY6 which I believe used two discrete relay controlled fans (pins X1-17 high, X1-58low). I would like to use a PWM controller...
As the title states, do the values in the VVT tables represent camshaft degrees or crankshaft degrees?
