due to supply chain constraints the MPVI2+ with pro feature set is the only option currently available.
For reference we've fixed all 4 of the operating systems in the newest beta that had an issue in this thread.
He submitted a ticket so we should be able to get it fixed up in his file along with the 2 files blind squirrel posted for a future software update.
The 98 park ave file shows 4-127lb/hr in the newest beta.

looks like the upper and lower limits are wrong, please open a support ticket if you have not already done so and include the same information as presented here and we'll get it fixed up.
are you able to post your file and some screenshots of what you are referring to?
resync issues vs unsupported interface are two completely different issues that are unrelated.
The fix is to open a support ticket and we'll get you sorted. Its not something we can fix via a forum post.
I doubt many if any new tables have been added for any 99-02 platform in the past 10 years as those ecms had nearly 100% of our initial development time ie no stone was left unturned.
If you have no reason to update you are free to continue using your older software.
I'm seeing the same, I would recommend opening a support ticket and we can have our dodge engineer review. Not sure if its a bug or what TBH.

sounds like you opened a file with no TCM calibration in it. Doesn't sound like a software version issue to me.
You should be able to, your tuner should've provided you with an RTD instruction manual.

In order to flash your vehicle using your MPVI device you need to purchase credits to license the vehicle, there is no way around this.
