Worked a treat, had too good runs out and trimmed it all suitably, more tomorrow as were out for a proper run
Good point, slaps hand, i can remove that from my channel listing for now, many thanks again
Many thanks, so it won't skew any info for VE tuning although it's logging? No harm done as I still have all the info from yesterday so I'm one stage closer to fetching the table inline
As much as i tried and checked, it always showed the MAF reading something, i looked back at some of the other times i had run VE tuning and found the MAF table zeroed out (2017) i tried it, it...
I'll get it all set up for later today, thanks for your help
So 3003 should read 100/200 is thats where i've gone wrong ?
Damm it !! the MAF was still on. I've zeroed it out ready for another run tomorrow.
Thanks for the reply, engine build is in my signature, it was a L59 and had a lot of stuff to change over mostly using LS1 info too make it suitable for the hot rod, Diolch yn fawr , John in Wales
After a 0.2 slower run at the strip i looked and why none of the improvements had worked and found a big power loss through the "new" exhaust system, rectified this with some straight throughs and...
And 53 psi for the fuel pressure if your using aftermarket
Are those flex injectors ? usually it's 53psi for the fuel pressure ?
I was unfortunate too buy a motor that came with the correct pedal and TAC but had those horrendous adjustable set up, i manged too trim it down and it works fine
Is the anti theft disabled ?
Check the electric fan actual pulls air through the rad, sometimes pushers are fitted behind the radiator and cause this problem as it hit's the higher temps
Set the fuel pressure to high? it's 52 psi for flex fuel injectors
It's engine diagnostic>airflow>MAF frequency fail high, type in 0
Thanks SiriusC1024
Hell no !! Just wondered if E85 requires a different O2 sensor if it's all done at the PCM ? We don't have E85 in the UK so unable too test what the readings would be on a wideband
I understand the difference's in the plugs and how the are differently grounded, but was wondering if there's a different part number for a flex fuel O2 sensor compared too a non flex fuel ? I.E. L59...
Are you earthing the wideband om the same point as the narrow bands
Is your ignition switch cutting your coil feeds when in the start position, but giving you power in the run position, i find this mostly in reworked hot rod harnesses and it's usually at the ignition...
Many thanks for the reply, i will get those tuned in, John
Hi all, i've been looking through older logs and looking at my slight slow 0-60ft times compared too my old rover/buick engine set up and noticed a large dip in the spark as i launch at 2000 rpm. i...
Read the bottom of each screen shot, there not the same, not that i know the difference !
I had this issue with a cut down adjustable pedal set up, i manged too fit an extra spring too it and it helped a lot
