I'll try to get the car back and show you, what I think could be done. Rear O2 sensor route didn't work for me with unmodified file in PCM.

swap O2 sensors, you have 2 banks, swap them see if the code follows.

spray carb or brake cleaner around intake, see if fuel trims go down, pinpoint vacuum leak (if any) that way.

Simply put the old one back and see if code returns. that will shed some light here.

BTW, this code is often caused by vacuum / pressure leak. If the car idles a bit too high or the fuel trims are...

I did not try that that but I think that the flashing process resets the PCM, just like battery disconnect. That resets then to not ready. Some cars the readiness monitors are stored in non volatile...

Ah, yes NGC3 I hear is much easier. When I do it on GEPEC2 it sets the monitor to N/A. I'm not sure if this will work. I really want them to be completed.
