About six months ago I needed my HP Tuner, and got that error ... I requested help, and about three days later they told me to uninstall and reinstall the program ... I just needed it and uninstalled...

I don't know how ... only had the tuner for about 6 years ... I am a slow learner.

I have a customer that bought a 2001 Chev 2500 with the 6.0 engine and the guy he bought it from installed a flowmaster muffler .... it doesn't pull his trailer very well and he wants to tune it .......

It says if you do not know your application key you can find it on hptuners.com website under Customer login ........ WRONG!!!!

I did that and get nothing but runaround NOTHING!!!!

The reason I ask is because I have seen people ask for help and others asked to see a log file.
I wanted to be ready when I order headers and get ready to tune for them.

So it is not for leaving the laptop connected and drive down the road and record what happened?

I read on here about driving and save tune log, and see the record button on the cable, but where is it saved to?
How do I read it and understand what it recorded?
