For thread completion, issue solved, we got someone from the dealer with an MDI to reflash the stock tune re-created a new tune from this new stock file (with all the same data) and is working now.

It output Hz, itself and the scanner reports the units as Hz, actually just want to know if it reports anything (Hz) so I can could trust if the scanner says 0Hz, there is not ethanol in the gas.
