Just an update from my issue: You have to use "Vehicle Default" channels and not SAE channels. Works great after I switched and added the high resolution rpm channel.
Just went through this on our JTEC 1998 Durango.
In the scanner click on the File folder with a gear (Recent Channel Configs) and use Vehicle Defaults.
Click the Add Channel icon and add the...
I tried the current Beta and it just does the same thing as 4.8.7.
Beta version does not work either. It goes through all the motions and recognizes the vehicle and ecu, but nothing populates the data fields, gauges, etc.

Just bought a 2011 5.7L GC.
Cool truck. I really like it. Runs good as it, but hey, why not play with it a bit? Haha.
Anyone have suggestions for some basic tweaks? I might fiddle with the...
If you are searching the forum, try using a different search term like "raptor".
Most forum search functions choke on decimal points.
Not quite the same, but we played with an L67 '98 Regal a few years ago. It was our Junkyard Wars car and came with no keys, so we installed an on/off toggle and push button starter.
VATS was a...
