Ok I don't see anything that says application key but I tried whatever I thought might work. I tried to put it in
"My Devices" on in the dashboard and got invalid key in all fields and in VCM...

I attempted to do that myself but I don't have my application key anymore due to my Cox getting shut off. All I have is my Serial# from my MPVI and an open ticket.
