As an update..... I've tried zeroing out the cracker. Didn't help.
I've leaned out the MAF in idle areas, and leaned out the OLFA in idle areas. Helped with the smell, and car hasn't stalled...

How are you "properly" calibrating your MAF. If it's without a wideband, it isn't going to be "proper."
