What the heck is lean cruise? Usually, lean is a bad word when tuning. :) If stoich, which is supposedly getting the best gas mileage why would you want to change that?

How do you know you're running rich? Did you average your FTC 22 O2 sensor readings? If so, what did they average out to be? What are your part-throttle LTFTs?
Just to elaborate on what he said above...if you have your stock MAF, you adjust your injector flow rate table like was stated. If you do have an aftermarket MAF, people say to adjust the MAF table....
