It's the zzp midlength. I will post some before and after shots, I hit it with an IR thermometer the other day and was getting good temps I just don't think it's in the exhaust stream.

Mid length ZZP header on an LSJ, two new sensors still switching slow, is NOT the heater circuit I scoped it. Having switching speed of .2Hz at idle and .4hz while cruising, is somewhat better on...
Likely the truck is too new. It worked in my 2000.
Go to someone with a DRBIII scan tool, tell them you need to reset the "pinion factor" which is revolutions of the tire per mile. You'll have to do some math but there you have it, 50 bucks for a...
and this is why i prefer injector dynamics, by far it was easier to tune. I was unable to get 80s to idle clean without a return style system, some have I have not. I can get pulse width down to...
I'm interested in the WHY it fixed it if some light can be shed on that.
im curious as well, since 80s are not calm on the turbo lsj im working on.
Ahh, ok, I will reference this to the customer, I honestly don't know. He has said the car is running great.
Okay for those who care to know, the 5v+ BUS was actually 3.91 volts and it was fluctuating. In fact, the tune the car had prior to me was junked entirely because of skewed numbers. I didn't catch...
Anybody?
So, I have had this happen only once before on a corvette, the fix was to go back to stock on the tps/app stuff. Problem here is that there is no access for this, Nor have I touched any values aside...
What? Can you show me an example, this is a customer build so I am not picturing what your talking about. I fixed the problem anyways, but I'd still like to see what your referring to.
needs to be also present in the tables section as a value in order to be read
It's an E47 and much the same as the LML duramax, locked up tight, however EFILIVE made progress and has it available in Beta...for obvious reasons I wanted to see if there has been any progress on...
I've tried over and unders already in the stumbling areas, that wasn't the issue, it was the FIRST thing I did actually.
I haven't hooked it up, nor looked at the ECM's model number but do you guys have any intent to support the newest 2014 2.0 Cruze Diesel?
My aunt bought one and already has 9,000 miles on it. She...
Let me clarify. I got the LSJ tables from ID emailed to me. It was almost spot on, BUT there you have it, low end stumble, the only way to cure it is to take out offset. I suspect that the higher...
almost a third of a ms in the area i was having trouble with, 1.4 to 2.2k rpm/low vacuum killed the stumble as soon as i loaded it in i still say despite being injectors that are big and running 4...
I did just that, and it was in my email. Problem solved, fuel loading was an issue, too much offset. I guess for those it concerns these are some wicked fast injectors.
Thanks, he will be here in a few hours so I will try it. I've got a smooth idling, powerful but safe tune right now that has this low vacuum low rpm stumble from a fuel dump or something...
I copied the offsets based on averages of the appropriate tables since there is no LSJ ID1K table on their website. Does anyone have a working example of a dialed in ID1000 set of tables? I am...
Not to necro-post intentionally but I have to ask, did you ever get a workable VE table on a 2.8TVS and if so can I see it? I'm working on a cammed 2.7TVS and I feel I'm close now but I'd like a...
