Tune.
What cam and which injectors?
Log TCC slip rpm.
It would be supremely useful to log rpm. Log B1S1, B2S1 O2, and TPS as well. Turn STFT back on. There is no wideband telemetry.
Default Injector Pulse & Min Injector Pulse = Min PW.
Offset vs Volts vs VAC = Offset Mult. It'll be the same for every column kPa since the fuel pressure is vacuum-referenced.
Makeup - leave it...
You can use the 496/8.1 2001 file as a reference. The spark maps for that engine in 1998 match your 454 very closely.
For the injectors those are stock right? Copy-with-axis the Flow, Offset,...
There's a 1998 454 Manual and a 2012 GMPP LSX 454 file on the repository. If you need help transferring that stuff over let me know.
Thank you :)
Yes please. Go ahead and install the wideband. Write-configuration this tune. I've updated a few parameters based on you specific specs. Also, tell me which model wideband you're using so I can...
I've detuned it for that reason. So really another +1 for intercooler.
Keep the logs coming. I think this problem is pretty much IAT's effect on SD calculations. An exhaust leak that you've just noticed will have a very minor overall effect.
Yeah I already have the displacement set for that. Didn't know if you had the block machined while you were at it or not.
Worth a shot. I'd say putting the wideband back in will get you the...
Both those logs you sent are the same. Where I said to load the tune I sent you uploaded the log from the previous. I didn't even check the first until now that's how I noticed. Wouldn't happen to...
Overbore as in was it bored out something like 0.010" or 0.020"?
Do you have any of this info?
Alright. There's a problem on that B1 sensor. It's making fuel trims max out. You can either figure that out or, if you're in a hurry, put the wideband back in. It'd be best to run in CL using...
Write Calibration.
Use that tune I posted.
Sounds good. Ready when you are. Might have to lock it into D2 to get up to 3k without boost. Slow steady pedal.
Yes of course.
Get rid of these two airflow channels. Should only be using the 2bar.

Log this. Just let it idle up to temp then get...
Not yet. I'm getting things together for you. Which cam? MAP sensor P/N (or vehicle it's from)? Overbore?
Yes. You have one in the passenger side. Driver's side you took it out and put in a wideband right?
Yep you got it now. Except the wideband signal to ECU part. The ECU doesn't receive wideband. Scanner can pick it up because that's how you have it configured. The wideband reports voltage, and...
