start by reading the stock tune on the 05. If all goes well then start tuning. You might be able to read the 05 with HP and the sct tune loaded usually that isn't a problem.

You have some codes that cannot be read by hp or most other scanners you need one that has manufacture specific codes, a quality snapon or mopar specific such at witech.

That code could be a short in the coil pack or wiring circuit on coil pack 2, it could be the ecm but you never know. You can test the coil pack itself.
