If you don't have a scan tool that will actuate the pump, You can "disconnect" the Lin bus wire from the pump with ignition on. It should run 100 percent. Wire should be white with brown trace.

Skim will not cause a no crank. Do you have 12 volts at the starter main battery led? If you apply 12 volts to the solenoid does it crank?

Gonna need an abs module to get a speed sensor signal.
