id suggest getting a tune from dave or mario.. there cheap and good.
if you want to tackle it .. if found these to start with..

for turbo applications is base on torque, usually gear
in other words, a table provides a torque per rpm and boost, the other says what tq is desired in that gear
timing looks good, afr too. injector duty cycle is 86%
plug gap? .03 ish
have you tested with 3 degrees less timing up top?
did you hook up a volt meter to the fuel pump, doesn't seem like its engaging
