So your replacing the VGT Turbo that puts out a consistent 19-22 PSI for flat torque delivery and replacing it with a turbo that will be gated for only 8 PSI?

Post up the tune, should be easily adjusted.

Post your whole file for 1 and not just the auto, and you need to explain your requirements in more depth.

The fueling tables are all off desired torque.

If the engine coolant overheats, transmission overheats, EGT’s are too high, etc it will roll back the desired torque by a percentage factor.

EGT’s are always higher pre turbo due to the heat transfer during turbo operation there will be lower temp on the turbo outlet.

This is a bit of a non issue, the limiting strategy doesn’t operate...

As Ian has said, you are should be limiting it with the torque tables and not touching fuelling or pressure.

Base Torque table 88235. Set anything above the RPM you want to 0 and see how it does.

VGT turbos can still be used to adjust boost levels. They just adjust the vanes to alter boost.

Only the very early 1KD run a gate turbo, rest are VGT.
