I added 20% to my FA1 and FA2 tables and it starts every time first try.
Following, Mine does the same as the vehicle above
I'll be putting it in this weekend and I'll report back, I'm leaning towards some tune issue.
I'm having the same issue as you are. I've replaced the following.
1 New fuel pump
2 new OEM regulator
3 New gm flex injectors
4 new OEM TPS and IAC did the reset
Next is the OEM crank sensor
I have a stock connect and cruise 525 tune file
I'm at 23* idle timing,11.25 grams of air at operating temps, VE, MAF are within 2-3% and I'm pulling 3 grams stit, idle at 750, mine seems to idle great, I'm still on stock injectors but replacing...
Take some fuel out of your secondary VE table
You are going to get a known good harness and knock sensors and plug them in and tap on them.
how tight did you tighten them? too loose or too tight and they wont work properly, I over tightened mine and they wouldn't register anything
Get rid of that wideband, get something else
Yes you can update as long as the OS's match or segment swap and write entire
that doesnt fail the maf, the DTCs have to be error on first, dfco was at 104 enable
Have the gm dealer flash it back to a stock configuration.
max out etc limits as well
turn abuse off
turn dfco off
try 1.14 for EQ ratio
your maf is not failed
set maf dtcs to error on first
They make the adapter, I kept my AWD
turn off abuse mode, max out etc limit to 100%, go from there
adjust your idle airflow not your base running airflow
you can run 2 bar OS with 3 bar sensor, make sure to keep the 3 bar sensor linear and offset in there
Turn COT back on
Maf isn't failed correctly
put it back into speed density and tune from there, right now its going to run terrible, I only took a quick look at the tune file.
increase idle and add some BRAF
Has to error on first
Fail your MAF, clean up that VE table.
