Well I went ahead and downloaded the VCM again, and compared the file to several of my old ones, and it seems that the changes have in fact, been uploaded.

Problems with Chart Display in v1.6

I posted a thread in the general section, and someone replied that I should be able to just add the Transmission Input Shaft to the Chart Display and it shoudl start logging data, however it doesn't...

How to Log Trans Input/Output Shaft/TCC Slip?

    Okay,

I'm not a computer neophyte by any means, and I thought I had things worked out to log transmission stuff, however I'm missing something apparently.

I have searched this site, and looked...

Re: Help with my tranny & rear-end experment

I think what you are running into is a problem where TCS kicks in if the rear tires are more than a certain % off the fron ttire speed.

There's a thread about it on here some where. The end result...

    Re: Tune question

You only should do the Poly Smoothing once. The more you use it the more it's going to effect the neighboring cells.

My understanding of the Poly smooth is just to make it a little more uniform at...

Re: VE table & stock motor???

Well I know that you only truely see the RAM AIR gains in excess of about 105PMH so that might be a factor, however you also would be under load at 105MPH so you'd be hitting different cells in your...

Re: VE table & stock motor???

The Stock VE Tables are all over the place.

The people who tweak them at the factory just do a "looks close enough to me" approach.

So every car will have it's own personality in the VE. If...

Re: Need some expert help on major issue

Since you have uploaded a known good edit tune, I doubt it's the HPTune.

I think you are on the right track looking for somethign physical that has caused the problem.

    Re: VIN reflash?

No one has ever told me a solid reason to change my VCM year. Many people told me to change form 00 to 01 because of the secondary VE Table, but since I'm okay with that there's no reason for me to...
  18. Re: VE tuning. Why won't my LTFT's or STFT's updat

    That is really odd.

It would be wierd if your tune was "perfect" thus all 0's.

If it were me I'd tweak one or two cells in the VE to skew them to see if I could get a different value than 0....

    Re: Cells vs. Trims

Yes, when narrowband tuning you are modifying the VE cells themselves on an individual basis.

Since you have an 00 Z28 you probably will have a secondary VE Table to mess with, like I do.

    I'm...
  20. Re: VE tuning. Why won't my LTFT's or STFT's updat

    That's pretty odd.

    Re: Are these LTFTs dangerous?

I don't know if setting a speed limit is the best idea because if you excede that speed it kills the car. Imagine if you kid is trying to merge and romps it to get out of a truckers way because he...
