You have to pull fuse no62 in the fuse box
try to return every thing to stock then try since the roush stock tune do strange things such the one you have when you make changes
just flash the roush cal with out any changes and update us...
U should pkay with transition fuel tabkes , try to lower the manifold intake volume.. that should help

As mintioned it will follow the last data it reach but u can later see what suitable your application and test till u find the sweet point then u can rscale all normalizers

actuall you need to adjust the cam tables for the phase limiters and the new cams
there is some adjustment need to be checked but here you can see if it getting better

you can use them to compare and start with only as yours need to tweaks adjustment.

I did not see the file but I can put some notes and helpful points.
i would sett the limiter to 7400 and shift point at 7200
for 11-14 cars op mapped point is used at wot
for NA car I would...
it will, he mean (maybe ) it will not work as its done with your posted file.
there is another setting should be done for S550 cars.

Great to hear that , once you got your HP tuner you could pull the tune ( canned ) and return the stock tune and copmare to see what is different and read discription as well for the parameters...
what cams is that ?
dose they has limiter ? if yes , you need to change the cam mapped point.
you need to change the following as well :
IVO , EVC , max cams phasing
spark at idle and RPM ...
its not easy to scale the oval TB try to replace it with the stock GT500 TB and return TB tables stock and see what going on.
