Sounds like removing codes from your pcm incorrectly causes this issue. Just because you delete your cat and uncheck the box to not shoe the error code doesn't mean it isnt stored in the pcm memory....

Are you sure you have the right sensors ?? Double check part numbers your front 02 sensor is your afr sensor the rears just monitor what the fronts are putting out.

you can actually tune it to burn out without a line lock or stall. its been done plenty of times with the 6.0 which the max torque curve can be achieved low in the rpm range. I do it with my 06...

take a look at his timing table its way off its way off. also his fuel cut off tables don't even match.. his tuner screwed his tune up.

your tune is way off the timing is horrible. mulptiple options are tuned wrong.

its very hard doing an economy tune on gm 6.0 lol. try adjusting your 02 rich/lean vs airflow under 6 8 and 10 enter 350 in those boxes. this will lean it out under cruise conditions. datalog to see...

If you wanna burn out you need to adjust your trans settings under torque management and make sure abuse is off. adjusting shift times will help as well. last but not least up the trans pressure.
