I'm trying to get the built in Reverse Lockout functionality to work on my Hellcrate setup. The harness already comes pinned even though the wire is just heat shrunk and taped up in the loom, so...
Makes sense to me. I guess if there is no progression other than the hard fuel cut, staggering the RPM settings doesn't do anything for a manual since the lowest cell will cause the hard cut...
I've searched extensively and cannot find anything about the latter - in Engine>Fuel> what does the "Maximum" RPM PID do that the normal "Cutoff" PID doesn't? How should the two be used? Looking at...
Yeah, Mopar in their infinite wisdom sells a control kit for pre 2018 engines and only sell current production crate engines. The new engines have 3 bar TMAP sensors, and the crate engine PCM is...
Thank you!!! This is helpful. The Hellcrate doesn't have an AAT sensor, so I'm not sure what cell in the table it defaults to. Interestingly, the Hellcrate table is set up with much lower voltage...
The commanded voltage spike is tied to RPM, not load or anything else that I can see. Pushing higher voltage into a battery absolutely can damage it, and some sensitive electronics.
Desired...
I first noticed the issue during a WOT pull.... I don't just sit in my driveway and rev the engine. I just did that to make a log without worrying about traffic and crashing. I've never seen another...
I have a Hellcrate engine complete with Mopar FEAD drive parts in a 1974 Challenger with a Tremec Magnum behind it. I'm using the Mopar Performance control kit with CBID and fuel pump driver module....
I'm trying to diagnose a P2227 and P3032 code that are setting on a brand new Hellcrate install. The codes are basically rationality checks between the BARO sensor in the PCM and the 4 TMAP sensors...
