I think you may be right, coppied all the performance tables to the normal tables and now it shifts where i want.

re tuning my car after the new tranny, and i cannot get the damn thing to listen to me. it always shifts at 5600ish and 42 mph, i've set the rpm table to 6000 and the mph to 46mph and it still shifts...
yes you need to have a HPT licence. but shouldn't matter as if they are dyno tuning the car they should take car of the tuning issues.

PUT A BIGGER PULLEY ON THE CAR! a 3.0" pulley is WAY too small for your car.
as for your fuel issue, its gonna need tweaking to get right, but your electrical issue i know nothing about.

while e85 is corrossive, it does not eat plastic tanks, it will eventually 'rust' a metal tank from the inside. but plastic tanks are the safe tank when it comes to E85. the only other major items...
I would find a .hpt file for said vehicle and copy and paste. then tune your maf to accomodate for new fuel.
here is what i do
1. shift points
2. maf table
3. timing table
4. VE if the car has a cam or IC leave stock if car lacks either of these items.
obviously before any of this i get the tune...
