Same issues here with EECV crashing / relinking / crashing repeat. I also have an open ticket. There is no priority. I suggested they remove it from the supported vehicles list as its well ... not...
Hi
Sure thing. Here is my tune file. Thanks for having a look.
I started a support ticket for the missing STARTUP FUEL ENRICHMENT TABLE (fuel_table_startup_OL ) - Ticket 171521 as well.
I...
I am not sure if anybody is monitoring this but I have a couple on EECV - 2002 Mustang GT
EECV - FUEL - GENERAL - OFFSET MULTI vs PRESSURE
The software seems to apply an additional decimal...
Thanks for the tip.
I played with the valve temp and evaporation rate tables last night right up to maxing them out and none seems to really enrich the fuel after startup meaningful amount. It...
Hi
Yes it sure does.
Transient - Trapped Fuel, Valve Temp and Evaporation Rate are the included tables .
Hey guys,
I am working through an issue where the vehicle (2002 Mustang GT - Heads - Cams - Blower) is super lean only at cold start up.
Its not cranking table fueling issue as it fires up...
Ignore the duty cycle question. I have been chasing a problem that does not exist.
The Diablosport i2 is reporting max pump duty cycle but our Aeroforce guage gives 36 - 38 FPDC at idle. Its an...
I imagine its the same EEC-V but regardless you should wait.
The Scanner for EECV is totally broken. So in order to tune you have to use data logging from another device which is very painful and...
Hey guys,
I am having trouble finding detailed explanations of these setting in the fuel pump tab. Can anybody shed some light on these ?
Fuel Pump Gain Voltage Deadband: Fuel pump voltage...
If someone finds this I used the following settings to stabilize the fuel pressure thus far :
Minimum On Time : 2.0 s
Voltage Deadband : .0625
P Gain : 0.0000
I Gain : 0.1797
D Gain :...
That has been a great help.
Do you happen to have the Gains (Derivative, Proportional, Integral) for dual Ford GT Pumps on a 2V Returnless system ? I was able to locate them on a 3V but I am not...
This is great stuff.
Just to confirm, the data added in Post 2 is only for Return systems correct ? As we are returnless, I would focus on post #4 Data ?
That would be excellent. Thanks so much.
OK . I used ID725 data from their PNP files - Returnless - and multiplied these by .425 to match the other tables and settings.
We have the Injector Dynamics ID725's in this car. Can you please try the attachment again. (Edit I see it). I will review this thanks for taking the time to post that.
Thank you for the feedback on this.
I scaled the MAF transfer table from VMP , injector tables, CID Displacement and manifold size as well as the MAF Failure Load table and the Airmass TPS Failed...
Can anybody point me in the direction of a write up on how to dial in the fuel pump voltage settings for a 2002 Mustang GT - Factory EEC-V - that has been upgraded to Dual Ford GT pumps / Dual FPDM...
4.2.12 on the scanner. I really regret sending in the MPVI as the MPVI could log this vehicles basic PIDs.
Yes on polling supported PIDs. I understand HPT is aware of the issues with MPVI2 and...
Ugh. I have this issue as well. Did you ever get a fix ?
MPVI logged well. MPVI2 is quite the mess. I fear I should not have upgraded.

I figured I would update this as I successfully flashed the EEC-V on our 2002 Mustang GT today and did not run pig rich as above . It idled stable in open loop.
I made sure all tables had the...
I think I may have found something in regards to the EEC-V and the injector data multiplier tables causing grief. Did you guys rescale the PSI data points to match the new plug and play data points...
Hello,
I am trying to get the VCM MPVI2 software to recognize the Plex V2 knock sensor via the Can Bus input and I do not know what to enter in the HEX setting in the V2.
I have the wiring...
Can anybody provide any insight on the injector calibration issues in HP tuners when flashing injector table data to an Ford EEC-V ? Is there a work around or patch yet ?
I have emailed HPT...
Does anyone know if there is a ticket open on this issue I can reference ?
I am a few days from startup and I do not want to flood our brand new engine with fuel using this software.
