just upgraded and received my mpvi2. Cant get it to sync with editor

yes. lights up red. on both ports. i can access the ( f drive ). as it comes up on my laptop. Mpvi 1 work perfect last week. Just did the upgrade to mpvi 2

just got new mpvi2 in the mail. went to rysnc and register. Installed lastest vcm suite and mpvi2 device drivers. Plugged in mpvi2 to the usb. Opened editor and went to help/resync interface. Says...

downloaded a tune from repository. Cant change vin. Getting vin mismatch from vehicle. Where do you change vin at?
