Even if not required, i would put it into the car one time and start it just to know the PCM is working.
Otherwise you start searching if there is some issue. This way you can eliminate a "bad pcm"...

Let them disable it and learn themself. It was told 100 times and they dont believe that disabling is the wrong way with the given options to tune.

There are lots of people installing these and not tuning anything and they dont throw a code.
Realeran the TB first, in WiTech under PCM - Misc - Relearn ETC . There is a reason why this function...

Have you tried to do a TB relearn with WiTech? That sometimes fixes it already. But i have seen many of thes TBs having issues / not working correct. Even out of the box i have seen them broken...

Customer is using a handheld from another company together with their unlocked pcm.
Will HP Tuners be able to work with that PCM?

Like Brice said the 300C 5.7 usually make that kickdown in manual mode. From what i see many Charger 5.7 (Daytona) do not do that.
I would love to see a solution for that also

SRT8 dont do it, but a lot of 5.7s do that

This engine has no MDS. Its scary to see how many people are messing around with engines and not doing their homework before...

This car has no maf sensor

File is read, recognized, can be edited but no way to license or to write.
