I'm working on a 2003 Chevy Silverado, lifted with 315/75R16 tires and 4.88 gears front and back.

Reading the forums about speedo adjustments, I don't understand where the constant 63360 came...

So, was it the TC? Were you able to fix this with the stock converter?
