Is the throttle body for a 2015-17 or and 2018+?
what mods are on the car?
Also Getting your maf fueling perfect will lower your load and reduce the torque the engine thinks it’s making.
yours is not off by much so it’s not gonna do a ton but still needs to be correct.
try Raising driver demand to 950 on the entire row.
your engine see what it is told is actual torque is higher then what’s requested.
Raising dd is a bandaid.
your torque to load tables need...
add your bank 1 and bank 2 intake cam actual position pids to your log and see if one of them is dropping to 0 degrees causing the stall.
try this and see if you can get your maf tuned a little better at high rpm
what did your fuel test at?
also post your tune file and stock read
Your maf should be dialed in on e10 not E85

Sound like Whipple's security is locking the throttle.
Send you stock Whipple read to hptuners support and ask them to patch the security.
