Could be like mine that it is not compatible. Bench harness could let you get more if the car's wiring is not up to par but it didn't make a difference for me.

That could very well be. But other tuners seem to have access to that and obviously there is parameters to DTC's as well.

Had a problem with the original PCM and possible wiring differences that created
these errors. I have a bench harness now and those issues are gone.
I like to fiddle with stuff so I bench it first but if its gonna cost a lot I'll probably buy one of those pre-done flashed computers of the type I need.
They could have told me that from the beginning honestly since I hadn't done anything at that particular time and I would have went back to get an appropriate PCM instead of burning this one.

A tune will help a little bit but straight pipes will move power to the upper end of the RPM band.

I tried it out last night on my 2004 Intrepid 2.7 and it seems to recognize it. It connects as far as the read vehicle as it gives me the type of car and VIN.
