I understand that the NB flucuates...
Im not insulted at all, I figured it had to be something dumb I was doing.
Its a plx wideband, in the HPT help it said the voltage offset was already there you just had to pick the matching one in...
I was looking at a scan I did yesterday and most of the wb readings show 14.8-15.0, which is lean, and the NB o2 is reading in the 500's which makes sense, but then in the same cell on my ltft table...
I bought a plx wideband a while back without the gauge or anything and I was talking to my dad about it and he wanted to know if he could use it on his truck. He has a 90 suburban which is obviously...
Guess im just lucky eh?
Anyway, I pulled the fuse yesterday and tried some stuff and the radio still wouldnt work. So tonight I unhooked the battery, went to lunch, when I got back I hooked it all...
Its stock, non-bose with the equalizer. First time its happened, obviously, but Ive used the editor quite a few times. Ill try pullin the fuse at lunch.
Now that its done though what can I do to make it un-shutup? Will just changing the fuse fix it? I checked them n' I thought they looked ok.
So I was writing a calibration the other day and on my first attempt it said something about a security error and it wouldnt write, I get errors occasionally and it worked on the 2nd attempt so I...
FWIW.....I had a crazy idle surge for a while and couldnt figure out what it was. Then I changed my o2 the other day because it wasnt switching right. After that the surge went away n' idles like a...
The problem was my first boost PID the [PID.11.IMP]. I deleted all of my custom PID as bill mentioned, and the histos worked fine. Then I remade the above PID and it limited all of the info in my...
Thanks that worked, Im not sure how I messed that up.....I checked the PIDs i made like 4 times. Appreciate it.
I posted a topic in the V6 tuning section about my 2 boost PIDs not matching.
Since then I have realized that my MAP sensor readings in kPa do not match my MAP PID readings in kPA. Which explains...
Yea I guess I was a lil thrown by the negative numbers at idle and because it didnt match the second method that used the sensor directly.
Any idea why none of my histograms show anything past...
I could have messed it up not arguin that at all, but even on my VE histogram there is no data for anything above 50kPA. I havent changed that histogram it is just how it was when I got the unit....
One more for ya if you dont mind.
Im looking at the scan I posted at frame 356 on the primary table is reads MAP(SAE) as 140kpa, when I look at the histogram and the chart for that same frame it...
"Solution 2
This method is similar but uses [SENS.30.IMP]-14.5 as the function. You shouldn't have to change your histograms, charts, gauges etc. as they all log as sensor based by default."

I used both ways that were in the tips to calculate the pressure. I called one boost and the other boost2, the numbers they show do not match. I was also under the impression that when I subtracted...

Yea this is the latest one, its kind of a mess I know. Im tryin to see at much info as I can right now because as you can see my fuel trims and stuff are crazy.
I looked in the tip&tricks section of the help to set up a PID to measure boost pressure, I used the first one PID.11 and the numbers im gettin go from -10 at idle to 7 at 50kPA and 4400rpm. Which...
