I think your issue may be that the pilot timing tables are displaying timing from main, while the scanner is reporting actual pilot timing. As indicated by your pilot timing correction reason of...
HPTuners has listened to your feedback and have released the first major update to the 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins since our first to market release in December. This update includes 400 new...
HPTuners will interface to the PCM without the TIPM without issues.

We've been busy developing support and are ready to test 68RFE transmission support for 2007-2008 Dodge Rams with the 6.7L Cummins engine. We ask that you own the vehicle you will be testing (not a...
Try hitting "Repoll For Supported Parameters" in the Vehicle menu.

"Adder" and "coefficient" are descriptions for how the tables work together, not the actual function of the tables. "Base" may be a better and less confusing name for the "adder" tables.

I personally assigned your task to the right person. You will hear from them when the fix is ready.
Thanks,

These are software support issues that I probably can't help you with. Try sending in an email with an exact way to replicate the problem and we'll be sure to look at it.
Thanks,

You'll see an update thread here when the update/fix is released.
Thanks,
-Matt
You'll need you to send your debug.dat file (located in Documents\HP Tuners\Settings) to [email protected] and we'll look into this issue.
Thanks,
Matt
We have no open 'investigation'. Your tuner will have to make some changes to your tune and run some tests before we can assist you further. We've communicated these steps for your tuner to take...
Ok try one more thing. Go into your Documents\HP Tuners\VCM Scanner\Vehicles folder and copy all files that are there to a backup folder. Delete all files in the vehicles folder and try connecting...
Try disconnecting, reconnecting and then re-polling for PIDS. Let me know if that works.

The base calibrations are the latest available and most likely are an updated version of what is on your PCM. There may be some changes just from the update. The supplied calibration will match your...
