why is it not a good idea to tune a gt350 turbo?

my dislike between these fuel systems is there is no bucket, so you are then encouraged not to do WOT pulls with less than half a tank of fuel, is this correct?
I run the brisk RR14YS in my whippled coyote
I thought there use to be a sticky or post that gave a ton of info on how to tune the coyotes i can not find that post anymore, does anyone know where it may be?
I had to disable all the limits in the VCM scanner to get full throttle on my car.

I have been trying to tune it was previously tuned when I bought the car but I never had full throttle. I've been trying to learn with the car.

I believe HP has almost all of them fixed, now there may be a few that are still unable to datalog out there, if you run into one contact support and they will get it decoded to allow you to log.
