Here's the issue present on a 2017 ZL1.

Am I the only one noticing this limit, even with DD jacked, or peak torque, or whatever it makes no difference under 2300-2400 rpms.

Working on a 2017 ZL1 right now and same issue. Because of it, revving from idle feels like crap too.

Even on the boosted cars we do, this is still an issue. Its so low in the rpm that I doubt most people even notice.
