this cam isn't that big. i'm confused why i find it harder to tune than a gen 3....

i've played with stoich to command the lower value and that worked. open loop runs pretty good and my wideband shows 13.5 -13.8 once in closed loop it shows lean and the maf is showing -15 % fuel....

i took your advice for closed loop tuning. when i enable it the car tries to achieve stoich and the LT fuel trims and MAF show ~-10 but my wideband is saying...

i noticed my wideband where it's at it's in the kooks x pipe just before the cat on the pass side. it seems i need the wideband to be around 13.5 if i make the wb 14.0 it's lean i can feel/hear it....

yes the switching seems fast. i added 20 percent to the integrator delay today. i have no idea what is going on with this thing, it feels almost like it's misfiring at all these rpm's you floor it...

i changed the dynamic airflow value and added two ve airflow pids not sure which are helpful

car is all stock except the cam, headers and cold air intake.

i will log the VE and change the enable point. i did attempt making the timing the same. no change with that.

i've been driving around trying to tune this cam it surges at light throttle pretty much at any rpm range. can someone see if i'm missing something?

what PCM are you using for the swap? i just added the texas stage 2 low lift to my 5.3 truck all else being stock aside from a cold air intake and it's running fine on the factory tune, i had to bump...

i took a quick look, your IAT temp is high. this causes the pcm to lean the fuel out. it's heatsoak

i'll give it a try, i'm running the stock timing table for the LQ9 the timing in that area is high 30's and 40's

i also have an LQ9 with the gm hot cam and 1 7/8 long tube headers. doing the VE tuning on it currently with MAF disabled. the IAT can change the tune depending on temperature. i got to the point...
