    There are some open loop F/a multipliers that are responsible for this. Zero them out and your AFR should follow your Open Loop F/A table.

    I re-wrote the entire pcm. Yes I flashed with a stock 01 and copied all of my tables from the 00 to the new bin. Write whole PCM
